Rom 9:16	It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy.	So then it depends not on human will or exertion, ^{▼▼Greek not of him who wills or runs} but on God, who has mercy.	ἄρα οὖν οὐ τοῦ θέλοντος οὐδὲ τοῦ τρέχοντος ἀλλὰ τοῦ ἐλεῶντος θεοῦ.
